Zingali Acoustics

Founded in 1986 by Giuseppe Zingali, Zingali Acoustics has dominated the high-end home and recording studio sector for over 30 years. Seeing the success of professional high-performance American loudspeakers, he decided to go down that path by looking for high-performance but better quality loudspeakers, and also realised his interest in home hi-fi starting in the 1990s. His scientific vision of sound reproduction led him to patent his own type of speakers, the Omniray. Patented in 1995, they offer high performance and excellent dynamics and detail, but with a natural sound, without that "nasal" effect of conventional horn speakers. Omniray has since then become the reference technology of Zingali Acoustics, inspiring the following generations of electroacoustic designers. Continuous research and development combined with the constant study of the perfection of Italian manufacturing, have allowed the creation of great products.
From the evolution of the Omniray project comes Kompressor Array, a technology capable of controlling the emission of the entire sound spectrum, keeping it within a dispersion angle of 90 degrees total. The main feature of this new technology is to put into phase all the drivers, aligning them into a single horn mouth, allowing the reduction of sound reflection effects when listening to systems in a domestic environment. The result is sound that is so dynamic, rich and palpable, that brings you closer to the live performance that every audiophile covets. The all-new and revolutionary Quantum Array series is Zingali’s first series to benefit from Kompressor Array Technology. 聖HIJIRI stands for maestro or great leader, and in the engineering field, its unprecedented technology stands alone in the industry.
The Hijiri Cables are a product of Mr Kazuo Kiuchi of Combak Corporation whose impressive CV includes the XRCD2 format. Kiuchi-san is an audio tuning specialist who has been responsible for the Harmonix tuning devices as well as the first generation tuning cables, eg. Harmonix X-DC Studio Master Million Maestro, made under the Harmonix brand.
